NFTGA Education Program - Leading the Story: The Evolution of Tourism Leadership and the Future of Guiding

For the NFTGA's next educational program, we welcome two representatives from the International Tour Management Institute (ITMI), the first school in North America to certify Professional Tour Directors and Guides: Ted Bravos (Co-Founder) and Joan Keddell (President). They will discuss the evolution of tourism leadership and the future of guiding.

This virtual meeting is open to all NFTGA member organizations, and if you are an officer for your local tour guide association, please forward the registration email invitation to all of your members.
